Rapport au Ministère français des Affaires étrangères sur l'histoire de l'établissement de la Congrégation en ALLEMAGNE. La création de communautés en ce pays est en lien avec l'annexion de l'Alsace-Lorraine et l'occupation, par l'Allemagne, de l'Afrique de l'Est où travaillaient des missionnaires Français. Le plupart de ceux-ci ont pu rester sauf Mgr LEROY considéré comme "très dangereux pour l'Empire" (03.06.1927).
